Internal Communications Manager (Pharma)

 
Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with a sales volume of 3.3 bn Euro and more than 12 000 employees around the world providing medicines for hospitals, specialists and general practitioners, as well as over-the-counter medicines in selected markets. The multinational enterprise has a broad product portfolio and a powerful pipeline. For the global headquarters in Zurich (Switzerland) we are looking for an Internal Communications Manager.

Your tasks
As a member of the small but exquisite Global Communications Team you will be mainly responsible for Communication Consultancy and Coordination of the Regional Communication Managers. Further tasks are:


  • Implementing change management programs

  • Supporting internal stakeholders in communicating corporate themes to employees and producing necessary materials

  • Ad-hoc writing (as all members of the global communications team)


Furthermore, you will have the chance to handle company- wide projects from concept to implementation. You report directly to the Director Internal Communications.

Your profile
You are a person with strong internal communications know-how who has the personality and the standing to interact professionally on an international level. Your profile includes:


  • A relevant university degree (or similar); ideally in communications

  • At least four years of hands-on experience in (internal) communications of an international company or in a Public Relations agency with international exposure

  • Experience in Change Management

  • Self-starter mindset, willing to carry out operative activities independently

  • Journalistic skills in writing for a variety of formats

  • A very good command of English (fluency in any other anguage is a plus)
